Our network resources are shared, and excessive use by a few can negatively impact the experience for everyone. This policy applies to all Quibity customers using unlimited data plans. By using an eSIM from Quibity, you agree to this Fair Usage Policy, in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions, as required under San Marino law.

3. What are the Guidelines for Fair Usage?

Quibity provides unlimited data plans with an allowance of high-speed data for every 24-hour period. The 24-hour period starts the first time the eSIM connects to the network and renews every 24 hours from then. The amount of high-speed data may vary based on your destination and local network conditions: the effective allowance is shown on the plan page of each destination, next to the plan features, before you buy. Once the allowance is used, your data speed is reduced for the remainder of that 24-hour period (the reduced speed is also shown on the plan page), and the allowance renews automatically when the next period starts.

4. Why Do We Have This Policy?

This policy is designed to:

• Reduce network congestion caused by unusually high data consumption.
• Guarantee a consistent and reliable internet experience for all users.
• Respect local network limitations and agreements with our service providers.
• Prevent improper use of unlimited data plans, such as automated high-volume activities, extensive tethering, or commercially sharing services.

5. What Activities are Not Allowed?

The following activities are considered violations of this policy:

• Excessively tethering or sharing your connection with an unreasonable number of devices for typical personal use.
• Engaging in automated or extremely data-intensive activities, including large downloads, peer-to-peer sharing, or similar high-bandwidth applications.
• Reselling or commercially distributing the data service to others.
• Any activities that violate San Marino laws or the policies of our network providers.

6. How Do We Monitor and Enforce This Policy?

Quibity may monitor data usage to ensure compliance with this policy. If misuse or excessive consumption is detected, Quibity may:

• Temporarily reduce data speeds beyond the standard limits.
• Suspend or terminate your service for serious or repeated violations.
• Take other necessary actions to protect the network and ensure fairness, as allowed by San Marino law.

Quibity is committed to clear communication with our customers. You will not be charged extra if you exceed your daily high-speed data limit; instead, your data speed will be adjusted as described in this policy until the next 24-hour period.

Due to variations in local network infrastructure and agreements with regional providers, the specific high-speed data allowance may vary depending on your location.
